Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner is a lightweight toner lotion packed with rejuvenating antioxidants and amino acids to provide nourishment and enhanced protection to your face leaving it soft, firm and radiant. Black rice protects the skin from free radicals and promotes skin cell regeneration, hyaluronic acid provides deep hydration, while beta-glucan and red ginseng extract heal and rejuvenate.

Way of Use
After cleansing your face, pour the toning lotion directly onto your palms or a cotton pad (such as PYUNKANG YUL 1/3 Cotton Pad). With gentle patting movements, apply all over the face (avoiding the eye area). If necessary, repeat once or twice for optimal hydration.
