Return & Order Cancellation Policy

1. Product Returns

Customers may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product has not been used and its packaging is intact.

  • The security seal/sticker remains on the packaging and the packaging has not been opened.

  • There are no visible signs of use.

❌ Returns of products that have been damaged or used are not accepted, unless the product is defective.
❌ If the product shows signs of use, the refund will not be processed and the product will be returned to the sender at their own expense.

2. Refunds

  • If the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the company was informed of the customer’s withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake or fault on the part of the company.

  • If payment was made via cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee is non-refundable.

3. Returns Due to Company Error

If the return is due to an error by the company (e.g. defective or incorrect product, mistake in order processing, invoicing, or shipping):

  • The full value of the product will be refunded.

  • The return shipping cost will be fully covered by the company.

4. Return Procedure

To exercise your right to return a product:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “PRODUCT RETURN” and include your order number.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions for the process.

  3. The return must be accompanied by the original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice).

  4. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product and inform you promptly about the outcome and refund process.

⚠️ Returns are accepted only upon approval by the company to ensure the correct process is followed and to avoid errors after the product has been received.

5. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • You must first return the product (following the return procedure).

  • Then, you can place a new order for the desired item.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled at any stage of processing, provided they have not been shipped.

  • If the order has been shipped (you have received a “Completed – Shipped” email), cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Legal Framework

The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Article 4 § 10 of Law 2251/94, as currently in force, and in any other case provided for by applicable law.
