METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

The shipment of purchased products is handled through the companies ACS Courier and BOX NOW.

The products will be delivered to the customer from the moment the courier company takes over, within the following timeframe:

Shipments within Greece:

  • Mainland Destinations: 1-3 days
  • Island Destinations: 1-3 days
  • Remote Destinations: 1-5 days

Shipments to Cyprus: 7-10 business days

*All orders dispatched by 12 p.m. are usually handed over to the courier company on the same day.

ACS Smart Locker Point

You can pick up your order at any time of the day from one of the 170+ service points of ACS Smart Locker Point. Simply choose to pick up from the nearest ACS Smartpoint Locker during checkout, with the option for a secure payment at the locker’s POS terminal (with VISA or MasterCard).

BOX NOW

Choose BOX NOW as your shipping method and pick up your order at one of the 2400+ collection points across Greece.

  1. Select BOX NOW as the shipping method during Checkout.
  2. Choose the LOCKER where you want your order to be sent.
  3. Pick up your package at any time you want, 24│7, from the Locker you selected.

*The package remains in the locker for 48 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments within Greece:

ACS Courier: 

  • The cost is €3.50 for orders below €49.
  • All orders above €49 have free shipping.
  • The cash on delivery cost for all orders is €2.50.

*In remote areas, there may be an additional shipping charge, and our company will contact you by phone before shipping the package for further clarification.

BOX NOW: 

  • The cost is €1.90 for orders under €49.
  • All orders over €49 have free shipping.
  • Cash on delivery is NOT supported for purchases with BOX NOW.

Shipments to Cyprus:

  • The cost is €8 for orders below €100.
  • All orders above €100 have free shipping.
  • Cash on delivery service is not supported for shipments to Cyprus.

*In case of a discount or the use of a promotional code, for the free shipping policy to apply, the final amount after the discount must be greater than €49 and €100 for Greece and Cyprus, respectively.
