Some By Mi Retinol Intense serum is infused with retinol, retinol and Bakuchiol, which enhance skin elasticity and effectively combat sagging and signs of aging. The combination of ingredients stimulates collagen production and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is also enriched with panthenol, beta-glucan and ceramides that help restore damaged skin and strengthen the epidermal barrier. It has been created with Some By Mi’s patented Elastic-Liposome technology that supports the effective delivery of active ingredients deep into the skin. Its soft and lightweight formula gives a moisturizing finish without feeling greasy and without causing irritation.
Retinol: It is a form of vitamin A that promotes collagen and elastin synthesis in the skin and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Retinal: Has similar benefits to Retinol but works 11 times faster.
Bakuchiol: A plant-based ingredient that has been found to have similar benefits to retinol without the possibility of irritation or sensitivity. It is known to improve skin texture and pigmentation.
Suitable for: all skin types including sensitive skin
Way of Use
During your evening skincare routine, put 1 to 2 drops in your hand and apply all over your face. Continue with your moisturizer. An adjustment period may be required for beginners to retinol to allow the skin to adjust and minimise the possibility of irritation.
Limit use to 1-2 times a week initially and gradually increase the frequency every other night, according to your skin’s tolerance until you reach the point of daily use. For daily use, it is recommended to use sunscreen the next day.
*Do not combine the cream with any exfoliating products or products containing vitamin C, benzoyl peroxide and AHA/BHA acids. AHA and BHA acids are exfoliating, and can dry out the skin and cause irritation.
*It is recommended to avoid retinoid products during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
