Returns<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"208\" data-end=\"342\">Customers may return a product <strong data-start=\"239\" data-end=\"266\">within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:<\/p><ul data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"558\"><li data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"413\"><p data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"413\">The product <strong data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"378\">has not been used<\/strong> and its packaging is <strong data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"410\">intact<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"515\"><p data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"515\">The <strong data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"445\">security seal\/sticker<\/strong> remains on the packaging and the packaging <strong data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"512\">has not been opened<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"558\"><p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"558\">There are <strong data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"555\">no to the sender at their own expense.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"828\">2. <strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"828\">Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"1225\"><li data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"991\"><p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"991\">If the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed <strong data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"920\">within 14 business days<\/strong> from the date the company was informed of the customer\u2019s withdrawal.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1125\"><p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1125\">Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1055\">unless<\/strong> the return is due to a mistake or fault on the part of the company.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1225\"><p data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1225\">If payment was made via <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1172\">cash on delivery<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1178\" data-end=\"1202\">cash on delivery fee<\/strong> is <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1224\">non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1227\" data-end=\"1266\">3. <strong data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1266\">Returns Due to Company Error<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1267\" data-end=\"1408\">If the return is due to an error by the company (e.g. defective or incorrect product, mistake in order processing, invoicing, or shipping):<\/p><ul data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1529\"><li data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1460\"><p data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1460\">The full value of the product will be refunded.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1529\"><p data-start=\"1463\" data-end=\"1529\">The return shipping cost will be <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1513\">fully covered<\/strong> by the company.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1531\" data-end=\"1558\">4. <strong data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1558\">Return Procedure<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1604\">To exercise your right to return a product:<\/p><ol data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"2038\"><li data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1719\"><p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1719\">Send an email to <strong data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1644\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1642\">info@miyoung.gr<\/a><\/strong> with the subject <strong data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1682\">\u201cPRODUCT RETURN\u201d<\/strong> and include your <strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1716\">order number<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1811\"><p data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1811\">We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions for the process.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1812\" data-end=\"1914\"><p data-start=\"1815\" data-end=\"1914\">The return must be accompanied by the <strong data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1883\">original purchase document<\/strong> (retail receipt or invoice).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"2038\"><p data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"2038\">Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product and inform you promptly about the outcome and refund process.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2200\">\u26a0\ufe0f Returns are accepted <strong data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2101\">only upon approval by the company<\/strong> to ensure the correct process is followed and to avoid errors after the product has been received.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2202\" data-end=\"2230\">5. <strong data-start=\"2209\" data-end=\"2230\">Product Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3><p data-start=\"2231\" data-end=\"2267\">If you wish to exchange a product:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2395\"><li data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2339\"><p data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2339\">You must first return the product (following the return procedure).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2340\" data-end=\"2395\"><p
