    Mainland destinations: 1\u20133 days
    Island destinations: 1\u20133 days
    Remote areas: 1\u20135 days<\/p>

    Shipments to Cyprus: 7\u201310 business days<\/p>

    If the order includes preorder products, the order is delivered to the courier company within 1\u20133 business days.<\/p>

    Transport Delays
    Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to delays by courier companies, periods of increased demand (such as sales periods or holidays) or due to force majeure circumstances. The company is not responsible for delays caused exclusively by the transport company.<\/p>

    ACS Smart Locker Point
    You can collect your order at any time of the day from one of the ACS Smart Locker Points by selecting the nearest available locker during checkout.<\/p>

    BOX NOW Lockers
    Choose BOX NOW as your shipping method and collect your order from one of the pickup points throughout Greece, available 24 hours a day.<\/p>

    The package remains in the locker for 48 hours.<\/p>

    Shipping cost is \u20ac3.50 for orders under \u20ac49
    All orders above \u20ac49 have free shipping
    Cash on delivery cost is \u20ac2.50<\/p>

    Remote areas may have an additional shipping charge and the customer will be informed before shipment.<\/p>

    BOX NOW
    Shipping cost is \u20ac1.90 for orders under \u20ac49
    All orders above \u20ac49 have free shipping
    Cash on delivery is not supported for BOX NOW shipments.<\/p>

    Shipments to Cyprus
    Shipping cost is \u20ac8 for orders under \u20ac100
    All orders above \u20ac100 have free shipping
    Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments to Cyprus.<\/p>

    If a discount code or promotional offer is used, free shipping applies only if the final amount after the discount exceeds \u20ac49 for Greece and \u20ac100 for Cyprus.<\/p>

    RETURN \/ CANCELLATION TERMS<\/strong><\/p>

    The customer may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:<\/p>

    The product has not been used and its packaging is intact.
    The safety seal remains on the packaging and it has not been opened.
    There are no visible signs of use.<\/p>

    We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged or used, unless the product is defective.<\/p>

    If the product shows signs of use, the refund request will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the sender at their own expense.<\/p>

    Refunds
    If the above conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the company is informed about the withdrawal.<\/p>
